My first impression of this blend of coffee was the great coffee smell as I opened the package. It brought back memories of going to the supermarket with my mother as a kid and getting the coffee beans ground to order in the store. I like to brew my coffee strong, and this coffee can be made strong without having a bitter taste. Very happy with this coffee taste, smell and smoothness.

As with the other coffee blends that I have purchased from Busboy Coffee, this did not disappoint! I have been using this in my Moka pot for iced coffee, and it has been amazing. The flavor of the coffee holds up even if you add a coffee flavoring.

A “must” for all medium roast coffee fans out there! This coffee is very smooth and balanced. It has a refined tone, with delicate and crispy acidity, which can be summed up by one word: comforting. I’m a busboy customer for life!
